Cancelling a session:

Within 24 hours of it’s start time………………………full standard fee
Outside 24 hours of its start time………………………………..no charge

 

*Before School Care (BSC) SHORT SESSION: Runs from 8.00am – 8.30am and does not include breakfast. It is designed for those who need to drop off after 8.00am, but before school supervises the playground at 8.30 am

 

Late Collection Charges
When parents/guardians are frequently late in collecting their child/ren a late collection charge will apply for parents/guardians who are:

  • between 5 and 15 minutes late, a fee of $1 for every minute, or part thereof, from the conclusion of the session to the time the arrive to collect
  • over 15 minutes late, the fee will be $10 for every 5 minutes or part thereof

 

Please note:

The educator will give a warning that the parents are late and any future late collections will incur a charge.

Charges will be invoiced by the Committee.
